Here's how we do it...
Book a complimentary 30-minute discovery session. This is your space to be honest about what's going on and see if coaching with me feels safe.
Identify your biggest challenge and your goal. If we could change one thing to make a major difference in your life, what would it be? How do you want to feel, respond and live differently?
Invite God into the conversation. Here's where Christian life coaching for women is different than regular life coaching. Where is God in all of this for you? Are you leaning on Him? Does He feel gone, or that He's forgotten you? We're going to acknowledge both the spiritual and physical/practical challenges you are facing. (And yes, we are going to talk about the enemy that is lurking in your presence).
Now it's time for the roadmap. This will be designed to improve and help heal or solve the challenges you've laid out, step by step, baby steps if we have to. This means we are going to spiritually and physically make moves to heal the feelings and solve the overwhelm.
Let's walk it out! This is where weekly sessions come in to play. I will help you stay on track, hold you accountable to your goals with love, grace and absolutely no judgement. We just need to move forward, one step at a time, and watch the Spirit lead us to joy!
